Skye Blue is featuring as a promo effort the motor-pediship movement in the world covering area straddling countries from Scotland, Germany, Italy, India, Japan, the Philippines and mainland China, just to name a few places involving engine design, chassis development, electronic systems design, urban planning, tourism and energy development including valuable bioenergy reserves.

There are plans to install a mass fabricating plant and assembly site with parts servicing and manufacturing in the city of Kabankalan in Negros Occidental (even may fielded by a California-based concept carmaker that is GM-based although this is unconfirmed news at this time). Design of the engine will be primarily be China-based and imported into the Philippines. The chassis and systems controls will be designed with local Philippine ingenuity including sites with links to American companies and German institutes.
We at SkyeNews are presenting the car scene in the metro Dumaguete area and any evidence-based reporting on seminal industrial activity and dealerships including future venue for tours / car shows and other promo events.
We will also announce breaking news on pedi-cars (one-man pedestrian carriages with a three-wheel base and electric/solar powered run) for all-weather terrain with sunshine, rain or snow in the urban scene with wheel-hugging trackways and assisted-living walkways for the disabled or elderly in cities where facilitied living is licensed for parks, recreation centres, merchantile amenities, malls and even mass transportation depots (with no bus accessibility),
